Is this against Google's rules?

The customer taps what was true about their visit, the AI phrases it, and they post it themselves from their own phone — free to edit or discard it. What it must not be used for is reviews from people who were never your customers, or reviews traded for a discount. That is what Google acts on.
Do I need to give my Google Place ID?
